Accounts missing from Experian, ClearScore and CreditKarma after address update

Options
Hello,

This is an odd one, I think!

I moved house and updated my address three months ago with all but one company (as the company won't let me for some reason unless I go in-person). I've noticed this month that on Experian, I've lost all accounts bar the company I didn't update my address with. On ClearScore, I'm missing one account and on CreditKarma, I am missing two accounts.

All the accounts that are missing, previously showed as reporting to the aforementioned agencies. Especially to Experian which I use as the benchmark (all show, or rather, showed).

Further, I've noticed that for one account (Barclaycard), my payment holiday is showing as missed payments on CreditKarma and I've also noticed Thames Water has appeared from 5 years ago with missed payments (the account was paid on-time at the time, it hasn't ever showed on any credit profile). Strangely, account associations from 9 years ago have also appeared on CreditKarma while disappearing from Experian (possibly due to come back?). My address is correct nowhere.

It looks like my entire credit profile, across the agencies, has been screwed since moving house. Do I need to raise a query or is it going through the process of updating the records and in a couple of months, there will be more accurate reporting?

Additionally, how long do old accounts and associations stay on credit profiles? I was under the impression that everything from associations to closed accounts to defaults disappeared after 6 years of settlement. Why would I still have associations on my credit profile from 9 years ago? The company that I had the shared credit account with, dropped off 3 years ago.

Thanks

Just raise a query with the CRAs so they can link the addresses. However, it should link up naturally in due course.

You still have a financial association as you haven't notified the CRAs of a disassociation. You'll remain associated until you do.

Thank you for your response. I'll wait it out and see what happens.

As for the financial associations, how do I notify the CRAs?
