Green Network - Ofgem agreed tariff
I received my final GNE bill today but the tariffs bear no resemblance to those I agreed. Also I'm trying to check the tariffs agreed between Ofgem and EDF I have checked emails etc but cant find them, can anyone point me in the right direct. I spoke to EDF this morning but they weren't much help! Thanks

The GNE tariff should be the one you were on, the EDF tariff should be the one they advised you of.Exactly what is different?N. Hampshire, he/him. Octopus Go elec & Tracker gas / Shell BB / Lyca mobi. Ripple Kirk Hill member.
2.72kWp PV facing SSW installed Jan 2012. 11 x 247w panels, 3.6kw inverter. 30MWh generated, long-term average 2.6 Os.Taking a break, hope to be back eventually.Ofgem cap table, Ofgem cap explainer. Economy 7 cap explainer. Gas vs E7 vs peak elec heating costs.0 -
I have spoken with the team handling the GNE final account billing queries who are looking into the incorrect tariffs charged. Also talking to the EDF team who are looking into the EDF portion of the bill (31/1/21 - 29/3/21) again the incorrect tariffs have been charged and being looked into. Admittedly I may have created an issue by cancelling my DD to GNE on hearing that they had gone 'bust' but I was only protecting my own interests. On transfer my account was not transferred as DD but Cash/Cheque which generates a higher tariff, again this is being looked in to by EDF. Everything aside I would suggest that you check your final GNE statement very carefully.0

As my transfer (which was probably one of the very last ones) did not take place till May 26th I also ended up on the non DD EDF tariff
I will defnately be raising a complaint about any non DD tariff billing by both GNE & EDF
Its not reasonable to expect a customer to leave the GNE DD in place after GNE shut down their website & then be penalised for this with a more expensive tariff0
