Ok great.
What could I expect as a minimum refund from the £900 paid in total? ( £745 CCJ + £255 N244 form).Presuming I didn’t go on to defend the PCN’s afterwards - I will but I’m just after a baseline to expect from the process.
I appreciate all of the help and support.0 -
Have you complained to your MP/ A few years ago Theresa May promised to legislate against this nonsense, she never did. Read this,

I appreciate all of the help and support.I’d expect nothing back at all, if you try that route and that is a truly ludicrous sum of money to contemplate paying up front. Also, you can’t apply to set it aside with no intention of defending the PCNs. The whole point is that private parking charges are defendable and the £745 is inflated and not recoverable.
Although what @henrik777 is true, we have (more than once, and again only last week) seen courts return a N244 because ‘there is no CCJ to set aside’ because the person has paid it within the first 30 days.
Even though that may be wrong you will bang your head against a brick walL, I predict, and will have pointlessly paid almost a grand! You can likely pay nothing if you follow the set aside route and then defend the case.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
