so we still haven’t completed - they haven’t been the best it took about a month to get the draft back and it’s taking about the same for the actual one to come back - we are hoping to have it back by end of week - I think if you seller has a good replationahip with them and the seller solicitor does their job won’t take this long - I think I’ve been unlucky 🤣1 -

deed of variation requested by my solicitor on 30/4
Seller solicitor requested to landlord on 17/6
Draft returned 18/7
final version returned19/8 due to forcing the deadline (either receive or sale fell through)
completion 20/8
hope this helps someone else as nothing I could fine! Just make sure where you can your seller and the sellers solicitor is actively chasing1 -
