Anyone else having problems in logging in. Over the past few days I can't log in and neither can my partner. We have used a number of different methods but it won't recognise the second part of the security when it asks for various characters of the memorable word/phrase.
I can't reset it either as it isn't sending a code to the recognised number which I will also need to change. It is really really frustrating.
