Expect the lawyers to come in and cry defamation again"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

TBH I don't really understand stuff like this. My experience is property - I have some money burning a hole in my pocket atm. I bought 2 investment flats earlier in the year, and both fell through. I briefly considered this lodge stuff, but have come to my senses pretty quickly. The money is all in premium bonds atm, but I want to do something useful with it. My thinking atm is pension, or hoping the market dips after furlough and stamp holiday ends and trying a couple of flats again. I had no idea how hard it was investing money till I had some!!!0 -

It doesn't, at a glance, appear to be a scam, but still best handled via bargepole.

does anyone know about the lodge investment which I seen on right move or know anyone who has invested.
the company is landel Belvedere and are offering the following
55k investment over 5 years which 8% return yearly on 55k pId quarterly and after 5 years you will get 55k back plus 10% on top
I believe this is a new investment going for past few months.
was trying to find reviews but unable to
I do have a sales contract but wondering what guarantees are on the contract and company0 -
There are no guarantees on the returns, the company or the investment.
You are buying a depreciating asset so ask yourself how are they generating enough profit to give you 8% and also return a profit for themselves.

sounds a bit too good to be true to me. no one can absolutely guarantee a profit.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards.
