I’m hoping to go into 2024 with approx 6.5k so that will be great.Minimum payments for the full year on the credit cards are just under 3.5k so that’s 6.5k of overpayments (of which we’re not making any of until September!) so could be a stretch 🤪Follow here for the daily life of an ADHD mum with 2 children and a new mortgage to pay

I'm lactose intolerant and get my lactose free milk from lidl it's cheapest place for it. I can drink soya when out but home I find is so hit and miss as to whether it curdles or not. Oat milk is yummy for hot chocolates or milky coffee.*Dad loan - £5300 - £7200

I’m going to trial having headers for my diary to help focus the mind. A little like Bridget Jones started each page of her diary, lbs lost, calories consumed, cigarettes smoked 🤣

Sat on the sofa drinking my coffee before either of the children wake up!! What a treat, might even make another one! Probably should be more productive to be honest…. Ah well.Follow here for the daily life of an ADHD mum with 2 children and a new mortgage to pay

Happy Sunday everyone!
I havent rounded up this week as i didnt want to, we have exceeded budgets for family and friends birthdays, ive accidently used a different card for some spends, paid for a few things myself and got my self in a muddle. I think ive corrected everything now so im going to leave some of my new headers and focus on the ones i can do and start a fresh tomorrow!
Money made: Top cash back used for a purchase to replace the units and appliances in the downstairs bathroom.
NB. This bathroom has been out of order for longer than i dare admit so i have sourced some help and some new appliances which cost £239 for the lot. It will be March before the work is done but id like to paint in there first so thats okay. Cash was available for that so happy its been paid for outright rather than a credit card!
Frugal tasks completed/attempts made to not spend/save money:
Washing was hung on the line today and dinner was using up things we had in.
Meal planned for this week.
<£15 left in the groceries budget so that will be tight between now and next friday! Eeeeeek
