    The only realistic way that this sale can go ahead is for you to get hold of your vendors. They can then sign the transfer documents, to rectify this. Of course, even if you do find them, there's no guarantee that they will be helpful, but if you don't ask them there's no hope.

    So, you should concentrate all your efforts on tracking down your vendors, employing private enquiry agents if necessary.
