Wow - over a year later!
If you haven't been on the forum since 2021 then you will have missed everything about the proposed new statutory Code of Practice and (currently stalled but clear) intention of the Govt to ban the false debt recovery 'fee' add on as 'extorting money from motorists'.
Have you read the 2022 versions of WS bundles that refer to the Feb 2022 (stalled but still worth a Judge reading, as it will come) Code of Practice and its Ministerial foreword?
Threads by @Daiapolon2021 and @aphex007 are a good base for copying their WS bundles. Don't use the old 2022 RobertCox WS from the Newbies thread; it's too old. And not the Britannia v Crosby Southampton case.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
