Missing account from experian

Hello

I’m currently in the process of applying for a new mortgage (home move) and wanted to check all 3 agencies. 

I signed up for MSE credit club to monitor, but an account which I have recently cleared does not appear. It’s with RBS.

would anyone know why that might be?

it appears as settled on both others.

Not all lenders report to all 3 agencies.  Some report to 1, some to 2, some to all 3.

How new is the account? Sometimes it can take a few months for new accounts to appear on your credit reports. Outside of that, it could be as @Ebe_Scrooge says - not every lender reports to every CRA. Is the missing account listed on your Equifax or TransUnion reports?

The missing account is on both files but not Experian. It actually was closed in full on March as paid - it’s an RBS credit card.
