it’s a very sad situation I’m in, the environmental health are now involved thank fully, I have been housed in a property that is in disrepair, even if I was helped in setting out the letter
thank you xx

What happened to Doozergirl's offer to help you write a letter in a previous thread?1

You appear to have been having trouble with this place for some months (according to other threads). What have the council actually said about your complaints? When writing a complaint letter, it should be concise, factual and unemotional. No sarcasm. No 'what might have happened' (but didn't/hasn't)No emojis or text-speakIf you 'tell a story that goes on and on' your message will be diluted. If I were you, I'd private message Doozergirl and ask if they are still willing to help write your letter.0
