amazon speedy refund

I was looking for antivirus software after using AVG and it failing to find about 1000 viruses ( but thats another story!)
Thought I would go back to Kaspersky as I had used an earlier version so saw the new version 7 on Amazon.
Got delivered, installed on my Acer laptop, started causing all kinds of conflicts with every piece of software I had installed, couldnt even get to Add/remove programs as it kept "encountering a problem" and closing.
Only solution was a complete system reformat!
Anyway found out on internet that there were big issues with Acer drivers and Kaspersky.
So thought I was stuck with £40 worth of software which I couldnt use but checked amazon website and thought I would try to return it, printed out their returns label and emailed reason for return .
They said it would be processed and would take 30 days.
Got an email 4 days after posting stating they were issuing refund!
Good on you Amazon
