Automating filling in of enterprise investment scheme claim forms useful?

Hi all,
I am try to get better at coding.
One simple idea I had was to automate the filling in of EIS paye claim forms.
For instance sometime ago I had invested in several startups via Seedrs and ended up with having to fill in 17 forms! Took me about and hour and a half.
The experience was pretty repetitive and not one I really want to do again.
Would something that automated the filling in of the forms be helpful to anyone (i.e a web app)?

99% of the population don't go near EIS. So, whilst it may be helpful to some of the 1%, it is not exactly something that is going to get much use by many.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
