Well Natwest have refunded the interest they had charged, that's even after their email stating that if you have a trailing balance then interest is charged from the day purchases are made.
Refunded me late yesterday, that's after i had paid off the amount of the purchases plus the interest. Which were both showing as standard rate on the statement.
Nice of them anyway.
