Releasing Funds

My solicitor has confirmed a completion date of 21st June but they are waiting on one signed document from me that they forgot to send out previously (help to buy ISA declaration) I have signed it and put it in the post today so they should receive it by Tuesday at which point they will request the funds from my lender (Aldermore) and also my help to buy ISA bonus - any idea on timescales for these to be received and is the 21st June realistic given the circumstances?

I would be concerned about this timescale.
