Do “Q” markers on your report count against you?

I have recently got online access to my credit reports through Check My File and Experian, and all the payment history is spotless, no missed payments on my files at all.
i registered with Equifax today to check my report directly with them, as it seems like Check My File are a bit behind with updating my Experian info, so I was assuming they are probably not up to date with Equifax either.

When I looked at my Equifax report today, it is saying I have missed payments on my file, one the last one was 12 months ago. However there are no missed/late payments recorded, but there is a “Q” on one account last June, I assume this was because I instigated a chargeback on one of my credit cards for goods not received, and another 3 “Qs” in Feb, March and April 2020 for a disputed hotel charge, they charged me twice for the same transaction and I had to raise a dispute through the card provider.
On both occasions, the disputes were settled in my favour, but it would appear that Equifax are counting these as missed/late payments, as the report summary says that missed payments are effecting my score!
Do lenders ignore “Q” markers, I had assumed they were neutral, but now I am panicking as I have a mortgage interview next week!

I have exactly the same question. Equifax only recently started reporting these in a negative fashion. I have two from ridiculous British Gas accounts that got set up then deleted by BG.0

Thanks, MC. I made a formal complaint about it so now at least I know what they will come back with 6-8 weeks from now.1
