Spam blocking in BTInternet Account

I'm getting 4 or 5 reoccurring spam Mails from the same address which occur on a daily basis on my BTInternet account, everytime I click the Report Spam function against the email it gets sent to my Spam box but doesn't however stop the same mail subsequently when it arrives being directed to my Inbox again.
Is becoming very tiresome now, how do block these mails or configure my email so it sends them direct to my Spam Folder?

Look to add a filter and save the resulting effort.
I do not know the menu's within BT email.

As above .Better instructions if you say what email client used .0

BT internet email has 2 further options
Mark as spam and block sender
Mark as spam and block domain
Which may work , particularly the 2nd one , if the email address is not spoofedEx forum ambassador

You should access your BT box and create the best filters you can, then re-inforce that by twiddling the Gmail options.
NO I am not nothing to do with the above, despite any double negatives.
But it is a good example of need to filter out the dross.Forum, Agin 'em or Just Neutral?0
