Transfer GBP to Euro

I may need to transfer around 50k euro to Ireland for land purchase.
Would using Fineco bank to exchange the GBP to Euro be a good option? I already have a Fineco account and believe there exchange rates may be better than other money transfer companies.
What would be your views/experiences?

I'd probably use Fineco in your circumstances, rather than Wise etc, simply because they have a deposit protection (if only an Italian one). I would, however, call them beforehand to try and limit the likelihood that they block the account when they see such a large transfer.
The other option could be Starling, but again, I would discuss the transfer with them beforehand.1
