Identity theft/fraud on credit file - anyone have positive stories about correcting?

Thank you @kaMelo. Yes, we’re grateful of the very slight glimmer of positivity we have had from the FOS on the fraud case, although it feels a bit spoiled now with all this being unearthed. Although it’s a separate issue, it all stems from the initial theft be experienced while with Lloyds so it feels like one big never ending problem. That and the fact someone has been going credit happy with his details in amongst it all too 😔

We thought the same as what you have described regarding the switch, so find it very strange and are keen to get all of the information from TSB as soon as we can. I will update once we get more clarification as to what has gone on.
