The blue badge scheme does not apply on private land, so disabled or not, always read the signs before parking.

No you should not ignore it. The advice to ignore has not been given here since the law changed in 2012.

What happened when you complained to the landowner/pub manager/brewery chain CEO? That is always plan A.

If a cancellation is not forthcoming by the time the appeal deadline is approaching, then send the appeal template in blue text you will find in the sticky thread for NEWBIES. Send it unaltered, from The Keeper.
The NEWBIES is just underneath where you clicked on the New Thread button, and asks everyone to read it first.

Check if the NTK was or wasn't PoFA compliant. If it wasn't, add a one liner to the template stating this, and that the keeper cannot therefore be liable.

If/when the initial appeal is rejected, read the third post of the NEWBIES and make a second stage appeal to PoPLA using all the template points available to you.
