Are you sure the neighbouring property doesn't have a strip of land to provide access to their property?0 -
If that land is yours - if the face of that building's wall is the boundary - these pipes are effectively trespassing (as were they when they had them installed).Who does that window belong to? Where is your actual house in relation to this?0
