Hi
thank you so much for taking the time to comment. I am dyslexic and struggle with all the threads, I really appreciate all the help and input so far from everyone.I haven't done any tasks yet but will see if I can do that now.I will respond to their decision but I am struggling with what to say.1 -
It's now five days since you told us about PoPLA asking for your comments.Bobby0900 said:I will respond to their decision but I am struggling with what to say.
You really must put all your attention into responding to that before the six days are out - if they are not already?2 -

I have a day to respond so will get on that tonight.I am
just struggling with what to say.* The car was parked not wholly with in bay as it was busy and a car in front of the vehicle and then with in the 5/10 mins my wife was in the shop they took the picture abs the car that was parked in front had gone. So it looks like there was spaces all around the vehicle. There were no signs near where the vehicle was parked or at eye level that would have been visable to attract attention on the way to Boots. My wife was there getting Calpol for our son with autism. Literally in and out. There was no ticket on the car it was only when received in the post that we were made aware. The fee is extortionate how is that a reasonable fee? I am
struggling to know what to say or can I say that0 -
The newbies thread tells you about POPLA Comments stage and what to say. You are meant to be exposing the holes in their evidence photos and landowner authority. Not restating your appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
