Long-term savings account with easy transfer

Hi All, I’m hoping someone may be able to help me. I currently have a 90 day notice savings account with Moneybox, which has really helped me to save my money. However I seem to have repeated issues with the direct debit they use to take savings. Therefore I’m struggling to save into it. Can anyone recommend an account I can use whereby I can do a good old fashioned bank transfer, to pay into my account?
