Halifax Everyday Saver
There
is a reason for me wanting to open one of these which I could explain
although it's not really
relevant.
The application should be straightforward online but isn't working for me with an
apology from Halifax saying "we have a problem, please try
later".
After
two days it still doesn't finish after completing all details. An
alternative way of applying is by phone but Halifax don't seem to be
answering calls at the moment.

Barclay credit card £4,000
Lloyds credit card £637
Emergency Fund £1,0000 -
You can open it in branch too1

With that interest rate, they're basically Halifax's version of Pots, Jars or Spaces, except you're limited to five of them and they have their own sort code and account number.0

48You could try applying using the Halifax app. I just had a look and that does have an option to open an Everyday Saver.

How about opening a Regular Saver which automatically opens an everyday saver as well?
