Thank you! An acquaintance recommended them too but there is no way for me to get hold of them. I called them many times on the number given on their website but they never answered the phone calls. How did you get hold of them please?

I know a very good solicitor, very quick and efficient, but there's no way he would work on the fee basis you want.

Oh please ignore the fee basis that I wanted, I now know I can get an insurance policy to cover the fees if the sale falls through, so I am no longer looking for a no sale no fee solicitor.
