ebuyer item not delivered

Hi.
I ordered something on Tues 8th and chose for it to be delivered today ( Friday 11th ).
I received a tracking number from Yodel, and this morning it still said the item hadn't been received by then. I phoned up ebuyer and the lady said the tracking number was sent incorrectly and because it's a large item it will be coming via " ArrowXL "
I find it really unacceptable as i'm busy most the week, and allocated today a day at home in order to wait for my delivery. I also suffer from anxiety and it's really messed me up today
Usually ebuyer are excellent and have never let me down, obviously that has changed things this time and i'd reconsider using them in future.
It is a chair. I've ordered a chair before from ebuyer and it came via parcelforce no problems. I assume because they now use Yodel, they may have refused to ship it and had to use ArrowXL instead?
Should I chase for a refund for the money I paid for delivery ?

@venomx, apart from having a bit of a moan, what exactly have you done ?
I guess you still need the chair so have you cancelled the order or has delivery been arranged via ArrowXL ?
As, above, you have posted in the wrong place, but @steviebabes it's not an ebay purchase either, the OP purchased from ebuyer.
