Anybody else waiting for Moneysupermarket £100 life insurance voucher?

I took out a basic life insurance policy with HSBC via Money Supermarket in November to take advantage of the £100 amazon voucher offer: https://www.moneysupermarket.com/life-insurance/

I've paid the 6 months of premium, 7 now in fact, and haven't yet received the voucher (junk emails checked regularly), however a friend has. Anybody else still waiting?

Looking at the T&Cs it say you will receive an email from Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited/ no_reply_lifeinsurance@msmrewards.co.uk within 40 days of making your 6th payment (assuming you meet all the qualifying criteria like never having received a voucher before etc) and a chaser a month later

Hi Sandtree, thanks, I spotted that but nothing received and very close to my 40 days now so just curious if others are in the same boat.

Quick update: voucher now received, after raising a ticket on money supermarkets website (general enquiry), they were very helpful. Eventually an email was received (about 2 weeks later) with a link to order the voucher by post, and the voucher arrived about another 2 weeks after this.
