Just to clarify, we haven't had an offer from the people asking the questions - there were a few others but those 2 posted here caught us off guard. Feel better knowing that it's not our responsibility to know answers to those anyway.The questions were forwarded by the sales agent and they also do lettings so they may be able to provide an answer regarding the rental question to the potential buyers.We'll respond with the suggestions here and hope there aren't anymore questions that we cannot answer..0
