switching

Hi in the process of switching providers but have seen a better deal so is it ok to cancel the switch now or wait for untily initial switch os completed

    If you are still in the 'cooling off' period then yes, you can cancel, check the emails you will have received for the relevant dates.
  • Agreed; however, a cancellation can block you from initiating another switch for about 10 days whist the various industry processes get back into kilter. Also, if the cancellation is made very late in the cooling off period and you have selected a supplier that is signed up to 17 day switching, the actual transfer of supply may take place and it will have to be reversed.
