The only readings I have are:

    107890 (August 2020), 109017 (March 2021) and 109028 (May 2021).

You have March and May readings, but it seems from the bills that EON don't.  Working out where in the chain they didn't get through might be useful to stop this happening again - did EON lose them (or not believe them!) or did you not manage to submit them?

  • Hi all, back again unfortunately! So, as stated in a previous comment I'd given accurate readings and settled a payment of £435.64 with e-On which I'd immediately paid whilst on the phone with them on 24th June. We're having a smart meter installed by e-On in two days time. However, upon checking our postal room today it seems I'd received a letter a day prior from the company below. If I've already paid the appropriate amount agreed by e-On, how do I settle this? Do I call this company or disregard the letter?

No - the debt collectors will have been instructed long ago.  The letter is dated the 23rd and you settled on the 24th.

Have you got proof of payment ?

Phone CST up, explain that you've reached an agreement with E.On and ask CST to check back with them. Be prepared to give them the details you've posted here; the date of your contact with E.On, the date of your revised bill, the value of your payment.
Try not to agree to do anything else; you have already settled with E.On and CST need to speak to them about it.
Hopefully they have already heard from E.On but it's best to contact them just in case of a communication breakdown.
