Can a Residential Management Company set up to purchase a freehold get a loan?

Hi all,
Our apartment block has recently recieved an s5 notice offering us the Right of First Refusal for purchase of our freehold. Does anyone have any experience with the process as far as setting up a company after accepting the offer? We have a few tenants that are intersted and would be willing to take on a loan, is there any way we can do this collectively though the company that we're required to establish?
