Resealing a walk in shower

We’ve been in our house a couple of years; the bathroom has a shower within a side cubby of the bathroom but it’s open plan walk in - it’s got a tile effect base with a drain but it’s not a raised shower tray or anything like that.
The sealant is starting to turn mouldy so need to be sorted - however my issue is that the same bead of sealant runs around the the whole bathroom (around the shower, behind the bath, the toilet, the sink etc).
In previous houses I’ve only ever resealed a bathtub so could strip the whole thing away and start fresh. Any ideas how I can do this without having to spend a weekend redoing the whole thing?
any help or product recommendations appreciated.

Have you tried cleaning the sealant with bleach or a proprietary cleaner such as HG?
Is it mouldy everywhere or just in the shower area? If the latter, then, if cleaning doesn't work, you probably only need to replace the mouldy parts.A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".1 -
Just cut it with a sharp knife at some point and replace the bit in the shower. The join should not be terribly obvious if you use the same colour of sealant.1
