hi all.
my partner is selling her house and her middle name was miss from the title deed so we sent a request to get it changed only to find out that it wasn’t needed. We now have been told that we have to withdraw the request to change the title and it will another week. My question is can We still move without it being cancelled?

If your partner has ID (passport/driving licence) that doesn't include the middle name, it shouldn't be a problem. Just sell as it is. The new buyer will apply to change the register into their own name on completion anyway. Otherwise, your partner may have to provide a statement of truth stating that they are one and the same person, but this would need to be sworn in front of a solicitor for which a fee will be payable.0
