  • Taylor, can you describe the shape and layout of this garage? Is their bordering wall a side or rear wall for them? Where's the main garage opening? What's on the opposite side of their building to you - do they have land there?
    (Ie - if they required a proper second fire exit, do they have a wall in which it could be fitted that goes on to their land?)

    No need to respond unless you receive any papers from the court which is what most people here will advise.

    I had some "scary" letters from a solicitor a few years back that I could have ignored, but I chose to pen some pithy replies to each one in the knowledge that their client would be charged each time the solicitor had to open an envelope. I figured run up the legal bill early and it would really hurt his wallet in the short time he had to file anything with the court. Judging by the rude Christmas card we got that year, the plan succeeded  :p
