Weed/Flower Identification

Hello all. I have this growing in my garden and have no idea what it is. I had a foxglove just to the right of there last year, so at first I thought it might’ve self seeded, but now I’m not sure! I also had an unlabelled, reduced 10p plant from Morrisons in the pot behind it last year (now also full of weeds!) that was similar, but that was much smaller and had small purple flowers (of a similar shape to this).
Any ideas welcome! Thank you!

It's almost like an echium (Viper's Bugloss) but I don't think the flowers fit that.Rather nice for a wild area, whatever it is. I expect Apodemus will know, if he's around0

I think this is common buglossBut I guess as with many species there might be something more garden plant like that is closely related.

Certainly looks like bugloss, thanks. The flowers look like they’re going to be pink, but they may well be purple. A quick Google shows that may well be what was in the pot last year - it looks very similar, although that was much smaller.Good for pollinators according to that article, so I’ll leave it where it is!0
