Tablet cameras

I was wondering why tablet cameras tend not to have flashes unlike phones?
Batteries tend to be bigger capacity on tablets so that can't be the reason......on
Apart from Ipads, Galaxy A and some Amazon fires - It is lacking

The cameras in general are not a major part of a tablet whereas on phones they've probably one of the biggest selling points. Personally I rarely use the flash on my phone.1
