Online Bookmaker will not pay Winning Bet

I placed a small bet with an online bookmaker which settled and won over a week and a half back, but is still showing pending (I placed a couple of bets after this which voided or settled). I have now complained to their chat three times who it seems can only pass information on to a "sports department" and not help any further or get back to me and who are also now ignoring, despite myself being very polite and patient with them.
I have also written a complaint to their complaints E-Mail which has not been replied to.
They are based in Malta and have a disclaimer on their website saying they are Licensed and Regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority.
Does anyone know what actions I should take next to get this paid out?
Is contacting the Malta Gaming Authority to try and get this resolved the next best step? (if you don't know, please don't reply as useless and toxic replies will be reported and not tolerated).

What a way to encourage people to help.
You may as well contact the Maltese Gaming Authority, but it's possible you don't have any UK consumer rights and you'd have to look into Maltese consumer law to see what your options are if the authority won't help.
