Hello I am just waiting to hear back. The shipping agent (a U.K. company that signed the contract) put a sticker on the car that said Turkey instead of Spain. That was their honest error

Thank you yes, I spoke again to one of them a couple of days ago, I am hoping to hear back today. They had to review the terms and conditions (which are only a page…).  Interestingly the shipping company has produced a set of guidelines (which I was never sent) which states they are not responsible for anything they ship..

The ship is on its way back from Turkey.. there is talk about dropping car off in northern Spain (it isn’t stopping in southern Spain which is where I paid to have it shipped to) but not had confirmation
