Credit Check for PCP Agreement (Question)

Options
Hi

Later today, I am going to put the deposit down for buying a vehicle through the PCP finance agreement. Never having bought a car before, I was wondering the following:

The car company will (understandably) conduct a credit check to be able to ascertain affordability for me according to their lending criteria.

My question is that for this should I give (for credit check) my 1st current account details that I have had for 20+ years and is my main current account (where my salary goes into etc.) or can I give them my 2nd current account that I opened recently? The reason I am considering giving the 2nd current account details is because I want to keep the direct debit payments for the PCP completely separate from my main account and therefore I want the direct debit payments from my 2nd account... OR can I simply just mention which account I need the monthly payment taken from regardless of which account details I give for the credit check?!?

My 2nd account was only opened a month ago and does not yet show up on some credit reports (Experian and Clear Score).

Thank you for reading.
