Is it worth offering a settlement on a CCJ?

I have 4 CCJ's on my credit file which were a result of losing my job meaning I couldn't maintain payments. I buried my head in the sand for way too long and now I am where I am. Much better financially, but with a hammered credit file.
I want to try and get the CCJ's marked as satisfied/settled as I am wanting to move in to a new rented property but it would be a struggle to pay them all off in full. I wondered if anyone here has experience of getting offers accepted on CCJ's that have already been awarded by the court. I've read of offers being accepted when it's just been a debt collector trying to get their pound of flesh, but not seen anything post CCJ.
Any advice would be hugely appreciated.

I am not saying no one would have managed that, but if they did not want the money why go for a CCJ. This is from Legalbeagles although it is a few years old.

Re: Final settlement on fresh CCJ? The chance of getting this F&F accepted very quickly AND the creditor agreeing to mark the debt as fully paid even though you haven't fully paid it (there is not "partially settled status for a CCJ) is not good. All you can do is phone the creditor and make an offer.30 Aug 2017

Thanks for that. Perhaps a case of 'might as well make an offer and see what they say'? Worst they can do is say no.
Two of the CCJ's fall off my credit report in October as they'll be 6 years old but obviously that doesn't mean I won't owe the money, and just want to get this all sorted so I can make a fresh start.
