Ocado Carrier Bag Refund Error

Please look out and check that you are being refunded the correct amount for your carrier bags from Ocado. For the second consecutive week Ocado have refunded my returned carrier bags at the old rate of 5p/bag although I was charged 10p/bag. I've tried complaining but have just been referred to their normal refund channels.

Have you returned all your 5p bags as they will refund for all of them first0

If you only paid 5p for those bags, that's all you'll be refunded.
The 10p refund only applies to bags that were bought for this price when you come to return them.0
