I know everything (building supplies) has gone up recently but I didn't expect the cost of this to be so high......
- Remove partial wall between Hall and existing dining room to make new doorway.
- Supply and fit RSJ to support wall at first floor level (this is 160cm wide)
- Make good floor with existing floor by front door (wooden floor, will have gaps where the wall comes out)
- Form new door opening from new hall area into new Dining room
- Supply and fit new door and frame to match Lounge door
- Close current door opening from Hall into Dining room
- Make good all Plaster work to associated work areas
- Alter/ move 2 Electric switches as agreed
- Supply 1No skip for waste removal
If the RSJ is fitted below the ceiling creating a down stand bulkhead in the hall the would give you a £375.00 saving
£5272 inc vat...............Any thoughts appreciated. thank you
