Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the fantastic advice and now the weight has been lifted from my shoulders. 

I received a reply from a woman named Jenny. Who is Associate director of property management for the landowner. My complaint was forwarded onto her by the store manager of b&q. Who said he could not actually help the matter personally due to it not being b&q which I had purchased from on this day. 

Jenny was apologetic and did acknowledge the faults of the wardens insensitivity, but did also say how important it is to have a parking management company are for ensuring the car park is used by all fairly and properly. I thought she was very fair and polite and to say the email was passed to her this morning, she is extremely efficient to have dealt with it already. 

She has said she will be investigating UKPC’s conduct surrounding the fact Emmy partners mother is disabled. 

My question now is, do I rewrite to the MP etc to inform them I won’t need their assistance?

Finally got the actual confirmation (nobody told me, but I input the details onto UKPC and it now shows that it’s been cancelled in full. Thanks again all
