I'm hoping someone on this forum can help me. I am a regular visitor to Warner Leisure Hotels and have always enjoyed them, until now. There has always been a problem with their customer service centre (they never seem to know what they're doing). However after a recent visit which was dreadful, I have been trying to make a complaint. I have emailed and resent emails and have not had so much as an acknowledgement !
How can I complain when no one is listening? Any help will be much appreciated, thanks

Can't answer your particular question but I thought I'd bump this thread as I just spoke to Warners. A group of us went last year and enjoyed it so much, we booked again this year. Last year they had a price guarantee and we managed to get a £50 discount when prices were reduced.
I just received an email offering me £100 off "almost all" 3/4 night stays and I did a dummy booking for the actual weekend we have planned.
I phoned to get the discount applied but Warner's said no and pointed to the small print "new bookings only". I asked them about their price guarantee and they explained that since Jan 1st this year, the price guarantee only applies within 7 days of booking now.
Worsening T&Cs like this leave a poor impression.Signature on holiday for two weeks0 -
We are regular visitors at Warners. We’ve never had a problem, the chalets/rooms are immaculate, staff well trained and helpful and food excellent. We went to our nearest one (19 miles) last Christmas, it’s the best Christmas I’ve ever had. We are going there again this year. By booking ahead while already staying at one of their properties we got a big discount.I can’t comment on their customer services as we’ve never needed them.0
