Faulty product after repair under warranty

Hi everyone, looking for a bit of advice re my next step regarding a faulty boiling water tap.
I purchased a boiling water tap from Mano Mano website for my new kitchen. It was purchased March 2020. Due to Covid, my kitchen was not installed till July, and the tap was fitted by a fully Qualified plumber at this point.
Fast forward 6 months and the tap stopped providing boiling water. This was December 15th 2020. There was power to the tank and there was still water able to come to run thorough the tap therefore the issue had to be the element within the tank. As it was still under warranty, I contacted Mano Mano and followed the process.
i was contacted by a third party (Top Discounts Ltd) And the lengthy email chain started. It went from asking me to switch off and switch on, to following the directions in a video to descale the tap (I live in Scotland therefore not relevant as soft water), Change the filter (at my own expense), send them a video of the tap running and so on and so on. Eventually, under the threat of legal action after nearly 4 months of correspondence by email (which was always me chasing it up) they said the would arrange for collection and sent a replacement tank. This was delivered and installed by the same plumber who fitted the original one in the second week of April.

today, the same thing happened so only got 8 weeks of use this time.

I emailed Top Discounts today and they replied  saying the filter was out of warranty therefore they would not be replacing it, but if I wanted to buy one at the cost of £45, let them know??!
i replied stating that it was not the filter that was the issue, as it was the tank, same as last time.
I also mentioned that given they took nearly 4 moths to actually action the issue last time, then this should be taken into consideration for extending a warranty surely ?

I have just had a reply saying that the tank was a replacement therefore the the guarantee has now expired but they could sell me a replacement at the cost of £150???

Can anyone advise what my options are?

If you're using the warranty, then it all depends on the terms and conditions of the warranty.
As for consumer rights, it depends where the Mano Mano marketplace seller is based.
