The calculator on your web site is no longer working properly as it quotes for England on a property of £465000 that there is no stamp duty to pay but it should be 5% of £215,000

I just tried it and i got a result of:You will have to pay £10,750 in Stamp Duty
You pay no stamp duty on the first £250,000, 5% on £250,001 to £925,000, 10% on £925,001 to £1,500,000, and 12% above £1,500,000.
Your effective stamp duty rate is 2.31%.Seems to work correctly to me.

Presuming you mean the calculator on this MSE page?https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/mortgages/stamp-duty/
You can put in the completion date, if you put in July to September it seems to factor in the lower limit (edit: got same result as poster above). As an aside it is not guaranteed the MSE employee who is in charge of that page reads the forum....0 -
