Refund from Uber eats

I’ve been waiting for a refund for near on 2 months from Uber eats for McDonald’s order. This has happened twice in the 2 months from the same franchise (I will not be using them anymore now). When getting in contact with Uber support on the app they tell me I will have my refund. I’ve kept checking and waiting as I know what companies can be like with giving refunds but every time I then message them again they try and tell me it’s been over the time required. I’m due a refund of £50 in total from both orders. The app is very unhelpful and I can’t find a number anywhere to ring to speak to somebody which is very frustrating. Has anyone else had an issue like this?
