Consumer Claims has contacted me again informing me the the I am owed further payment from Argos for my mis-sold PPI. I have used Consumer claims in the pass, but they used the No Win No Fee basis. How can I receive the full payment without Consumer Claim taking large amount of the payment.

Why do you believe you're owed further payment?
It's highly unlikely to be true, but if you are, just write to Argos informing them of the shortfall in their calculations.0 -
If your complaint was upheld you get 100% of your premiums refunded. You don't get any more than that.
Some CMCs are now trying the courts for rejected complaints that got a partial payout under the Plevin ruling. You can do that but you also run the risk of costs if you fail (as you may well do if the CMC do it as many require you buy ATE).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
