Credits made to my Prepaid Mastercard are not being credited to my account. The provider is not responding to emails or calls. Who do I go to for help. I can't let them just take the money.

Formally complain to the lender, then escalate to the FOS assuming this is a regulated UK registered business0

Why are you even bothering with a prepaid card when the service is so awful? What will it give you that a bank account with debit card doesn't, without fees?1
