Recommendations for an air purifier?

I've shortlisted the following air purifiers:
£85 - Levoit Core 300
£99 - Winix Air Purifier A332
£128 - Blueair Blue Pure 411 102938
£148 - Vax ACAMV101
Questions:
- Typically, should they be used 24/7? If so, I guess the noise is important when running over night.
- Which one of the four would you recommend?

I bought the Levoit a couple of years back and sent it back pretty much the following day. Whilst I've no doubt they do work, and it did seem to freshen the room up, it was just too noisy overnight whilst in the bedroom, even on it's lowest, sleep mode, fan speed, but then again I'm a light sleeper. I was then going to buy the Blueair but decided against it in the end, these machines are just too small to have an effective silent operation at night.1

Ah, the exact same model (Core 300)?

We've got the Vax, and thoroughly recommend it. We keep it in the bedroom, and switch it on an hour or two before bedtime.
It barely whispers when in 'night mode' and it doesn't bother me, even though I'm a light sleeper.1 -
I have this one that has night mode and the fan speed increases when it detects dust/smoke/cooking fumes. The filters are fairly pricey, but I have successfully hoovered mine for extended use. When I bought it. it was much more expensive and at £49.99 it is good value."Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.1
